According to a statement by the bank’s Head, Group Human Resources, Bolaji Agbede, the newly introduced parental leave policy allows parents to truly bond with their new child, balance their work schedule and help reduce conflict with parental obligations. She said: “The policy which is designed to foster an inclusive workplace, offers paid leave to all new parents at the bank including mothers and fathers, as well as adoptive and surrogate parents. “The new policy which is the first by a Nigerian bank, offers one week fully paid paternity leave to male employees and allows them to care for their offspring and spend some quality time with the new addition to their family while supporting the new mother who needs the break. ‎ “Also

Man  Brutally Assassinated In Ibadan, Corpse Abandoned In His Car (Photo) naijaloaded.com.ng Jan 19, 2018 6:32 PM A man, simply identified as Baba Jide, was found dead in his car on Thursday morning at Alaro community on Sango-Eleyele Road, Ibadan, Oyo State, with a wound in his head suspected to be from a gunshot. It was gathered that the man was discovered dead in his white Golf 2 car by passersby. Some residents of the area were said to have told the police, who went to the scene, led by the Divisional Police Officer of Sango Division, SP Joyce Madaki, after the report of the incident, that they heard a sound at about 12 midnight but thought it was fireworks. It was learnt that the deceased was using his private car for commercial purposes and used to return between 11:30p.m. and shortly before midnight. It was further gathered that he lived alone in the neighborhood where he was shot dead, as his wife and children were not living in the city.   Rep

The thief who died of apparent electrocution – had his body hanging from the pole for hours throughout the night before it was discovered by residents. According to reports, the incident caused a total blackout in the area. Emergency officials were called to remove the body of the deceased with their equipment. According to reports, people in this area have long been suffering from the problem of thieves stealing large amounts of electrical materials before this incident.
